Hi, I’m Cody McQueen, and I’m proud to serve as the Director of Sales & Marketing for WildBorn. My journey started at eight years old when I sold rocks as “dinosaur bones” at our county fair — and luckily, some people believed me! Since then, I’ve earned two degrees from Texas A&M University and gained a lot of experience, but that same youthful excitement and determination still drives me every day.

I’ve always loved connecting with people, working together, and rolling up my sleeves to get things done. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me hunting on public lands. I really enjoy the strategy and effort it takes—from e-scouting to planning the perfect time to go. It’s a challenge that keeps me thinking and learning, much like my work at WildBorn.

Joining WildBorn feels like a natural fit where my passions and skills come together. I’m excited to be part of this team and can’t wait to help deliver quality experiences for you.

Troy Sessions is a federally licensed bush pilot, inventor, and lifelong Alaskan explorer with over 35 years of experience pushing the limits of adventure in some of the most remote wilderness regions on Earth. As one of the three co-founders of WildBorn Gear, Troy leads product innovation — turning decades of field experience into gear engineered for strength, function, and reliability in the world’s harshest environments.

A hands-on creator and patent-holding designer, Troy has spent years perfecting the balance between lightweight construction and true field durability. Every raft, tent, and piece of gear he develops is born from necessity and tested in real-world conditions few have ever seen.

Troy has been featured in Hunt Alaska Magazine, appeared on Best of the West and Deer City USA, and authored “The Standoff” — a gripping published account of a near-fatal encounter with a grizzly bear that wandered into his remote camp. He is also the author of Invented for Success, a book revealing his process for transforming ideas into innovations that endure.

From the skies over Alaska to the workshop floor, Troy continues to create gear — and stories — that inspire others to explore beyond the known map.

Hi, I’m Rich Jackson current President of Wild Born, LLC.   I’ve been  a creative business consultant for the past 25 years and a trusted advisor for businesses in the real-estate, energy, construction, environmental services, IT, medical devices and automotive industries.

My passion as a business consultant comes from a life-long obsession with building things.  From my 1st real sales job…door to door cable TV…I have always tried to learn new things and meet new people.  

Inspired by discovering upcoming trends in order to create something entirely different.  I find that working with people and providing realistic solutions for complicated problems is a way for me to connect.  I am an avid real estate investor, builder, teacher, cook, hunter and outdoor enthusiast.
